The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office Foundation was established to provide essential support for the men and women of the Sheriff’s Office and the local communities they serve.

Foundation Mission

The principal objective of this Foundation is to establish a non-profit organization to raise money through donations and other fund-raising functions for the purpose of providing additional support to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office and the greater community in St. Lucie County.

The St. Lucie Sheriff’s Office Foundation was organized in 2025 at the request of Sheriff Richard R. Del Toro Jr., a long-time law enforcement professional and with a strong history of community involvement.

Built on Leadership

The Sheriff’s Office Foundation is a fully registered Florida LLC and 501(c)(3). A seven-person Board of Directors has been established to guide and oversee the Foundation.
